A series of grant writing workshops are scheduled annually to meet your career development needs spanning the range from postdoctoral trainees to senior investigators. Program: SCIENCE Career Symposium

This interactive workshop is designed to bolster the professional development of postdoctoral fellows and graduate students by providing practical input for discovering emerging opportunities in today’s job market.

SPRINGBOARD is a yearlong required orientation program for new faculty investigators within the first year of their faculty appointment in the schools of the health sciences. SPRINGBOARD provides opportunities for faculty members to learn about each other’s research, about available research-related and other resources at Pitt and beyond, and to meet key members of our research and administrative community.

Program: Women in Medicine & Science Forum
Audience: Faculty, Postdocs, Residents & Clinical Fellows, Grad & Med Students, Administrators

An annual event to celebrate and highlight the presence and accomplishments of women in medicine and science at the University; to provide a venue for women to share strengths, talents, and experience; and to foster an academic culture which supports the professional and personal development of women students, postdoctoral and clinical fellows, and faculty members in medicine and science.
