In this workshop, the group learned about these current best practices in mentoring, and the tools necessary to be a successful mentor. The group developed vital strategies to cultivate and manage productive mentoring relationships that contribute to the professional success of mentees and that provide mentors with personal satisfaction throughout their careers.
